To develop a new, innovative training methodology that better supports and implements effective digitalization of advanced manufacturing processes, by delivering blended- and work based training system solutions. VET providers will apply new WS tools and problem based industry cases to let students answer "what happens if ..." based up on a "play and evaluate approach". Results
Developing, testing, evaluating and validating a new training methodology of work based learning for VET providers.
iQMet aims to support and implement welding simulation tools into a new work based learning environment focusing on a close education and skills update of staff from industry in Slovenia, Hungary, Romania and Norway. The VET community and industry cooperation will be based on work-based learning in order to meet the industry needs locally and regionally. Through this project a new pathway for a focused education and training of industry staff will be available
